The Cisco 7304 Router is a midrange, price-performance optimized router with a compact (4-rack-unit [RU][RU]), modular (4-slot) form factor. It delivers high-performance services in IP/MPLS networks and is optimized for the network edge, where the service provider meets the enterprise. Targeted applications include service provider edge and IP edge routing, service provider managed service customer premises equipment (CPE), and enterprise Internet gateway and enterprise WAN aggregation.
The Cisco 7304 provides numerous connectivity options, from DS0 to Gigabit Ethernet and OC-48/STM-16, in an architecture engineered for high availability and multiprotocol support. With built-in Gigabit Ethernet ports and support for Cisco 7200 Series port adapters, the Cisco 7304 is a leading-edge, flexible, feature-rich router for the network edge.
The Cisco 7304 platform offers two processor options: the NPE-G100 general-purpose processor (approximately 1 mpps) optimized for flexible feature support, and the high-performance NSE-100 (approximately 3.5 mpps) that delivers an evolving set of application-specific, hardware-accelerated IP services through Cisco Parallel Express Forwarding (PXF) technology.
The Cisco 7304 is a perfect fit at the edge, where service provider and enterprise networks meet. It provides the option of either the NPE-G100 or the NSE-100 for high-performance routing with a breadth of high-touch IP services, numerous interfaces, and robust, high-availability design.

We prefer to ship UPS or FedEx, we also can ship DHL or US Postal Service. We can usually have it to your location overnight if needed. Additional Fee(s) may apply for special shipping. All equipment will ship from our warehouse located at our office in Springfield, MO. We can also ship overseas if needed and we only charge exact shipping costs. For most customers outside the USA and Canada, wire transfer is the only form of payment we will accept. Overseas customers can either arrange to have the equipment picked up in the USA or we will ship to your location by FedEx. We can also ship to a freight forwarder here in the USA. The purchaser will be required to pay for taxes and duties through customs in your home country.
