Usedrouter.com Inc Payment Policy
We gladly accept purchase orders from schools, colleges, and government institutions. For payment, we accept major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa and American Express. Paypal is also accepted. In addition to the previous payment methods accepted we will accept Wire Transfers and ACH Payments. Net payment terms may be allowed on a case by case basis. In the case of returns on working equipment we must be notified within 14 days of purchase. Returns made on working used equipment are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Some returns on working equipment will not be accepted if its a special order item.
Online Cart Payments
We accept payments by all major credit cards through on online shopping cart and also PayPal and Google pay. Most of the online orders will be shipped through UPS.
Usedrouter.com Inc Shipping Policy
We prefer to ship UPS or FedEx, we also can ship DHL or US Postal Service. We can usually have it to your location overnight if needed. Additional Fee(s) may apply for special shipping. All equipment will ship from our warehouse located at our office in Springfield, MO. We can also ship overseas if needed and we only charge exact shipping costs. For most customers outside the USA and Canada, wire transfer is the only form of payment we will accept. Overseas customers can either arrange to have the equipment picked up in the USA or we will ship to your location by FedEx. We can also ship to a freight forwarder here in the USA. The purchaser will be required to pay for taxes and duties in your home country.
